Funding Process

Rhodes Holdings LLC provides many different types of funding, including equipment leasing, factoring, commercial lending credit lines, banking lines of credit, and private equity.  The key to a successful debt raise is knowing exactly what your company’s goals are, how much debt to reach your goals, your company’s ability to repay the debt, and proof of that ability (the lending package).

Our Process

  1. Initial interview
  2. Client signs “Rhodes Holdings LLC Client Agreement”
  3. Client submits all items in package (below) to Rhodes Holdings LLC creates standard “Rhodes Holdings LLC Package”, in single PDF format
  4. Rhodes Holdings LLC submits to funding source(s)
  5. Rhodes Holdings LLC sets up conference between funding sources and client
  6. Client receives funding source term sheet
  7. Rhodes Holdings LLC, client, and funding source negotiate final terms
  8. Funding source submits documentation to client & Rhodes Holdings LLC
  9. Revision(s) of documentation
  10. Client signs final documentation and funding source funds

  • Goal(s)
  • Debt required
  • Payback estimation
  • 1 page executive summary
  • everything normally in business plan’s executive summary, including business description & model, products & services, and historical & forecasted financials
  • 3 years of tax returns
  • 3 years of financials
  • Profit & Loss Statements
  • Balance Sheet Statements
  • Current financials
  • Accounts Payable Aging
  • Accounts Receivable Aging
  • Account Receivable Detailed Listing
  • Clients
  • listing of top ten (10) clients / customers with their names, addresses, and contacts
  • Personal Financial Statements
  • required for everyone who will be guaranteeing the debt, which must include everyone with over ten percent (10%) ownership in the company
